This is most likely caused by a defective small turbo pressure convertor or split/leaking vacuum hose..

G30 318i M sport package factory callipers..

E38 735i engine refresh..New timing chain cover, oil housing and rocker cover gaskets with painted covers on the V8.

Installed external oil separator same as the X5 which drains back to the sump.
